Corporate Traveller Liverpool is proudly celebrating its 10th anniversary. The specialist provider of business travel services to companies who spend £50K to £2M on business travel per annum, first opened its office in Exchange Flags in 2009. Today the 15-strong Liverpool team, based on Castle Street, personally look after the business travel needs of 149 companies, including local businesses such as Brookes Bell, who have been a customer since day one, and Hitex, one of the UK’s largest supplier of road marking and surfacing solutions.
L&R Roadlines, a division of Hitex, have been installing eye-catching Pride Rainbow crossings across the UK. With their focus usually on road safety, the colourful stripes have sent a powerful visual message for emotional safety, in the form of diversity and inclusivity around the world. Corporate Traveller has also been at the forefront of promoting equality and inclusivity, recently winning Travel Trade Gazette’s LGBT friendly travel company of the year.
Liverpool native, Angela Rouse, (front left) Senior Manager, Corporate Traveller, Liverpool, who launched the office 10 years ago commented on the milestone saying: “It’s incredible how technology has changed over the last decade and we now provide customers with online solutions to make booking business travel easier and travel apps to support them with duty of care and traveller safety. But at the heart of our business is service – and that hasn’t changed. Customers want the technology at their fingertips, but they also still want the one-to-one relationship with us as their expert travel consultants.”P
